Please note that we are only able to hold your table for 20 minutes following the time slot you have booked. If you do not arrive within this time without prior notice your table will be released and we cannot guarantee it will still be available.
We apologise that cancellation charges have become necessary.
For this reason we take card details to confirm reservations for Friday and Saturday evenings, for groups of 8+ people and all bookings more during race week. A fee of £35.00 per person would be charged to your credit/debit card in the event of less than 24 hours’ notice given of any cancellation or amendments to the number in your party. However, if we are able to resell your table we will happily waive this charge.
Special events will have their own applicable T&Cs, which will be confirmed at time of booking.
Option 1 – Pre-Order
You will be provided with our up to date menu 7 days before your booking. Please ask your party to provide their choices and return on the provided pre-order form, at least 48 hours prior to the morning of your booking.
Option 2 – Reduced menu
You will be provided with our up to date menu 7 days before your booking. We ask you to select 3 choices from the starters, mains and desserts, these choices will make up the reduced menu that your party can choose from on the evening. We ask that we are notified of these choices at least 48 hours prior to the morning of your booking.
Please notify us in advance if any of your guests have any allergies or any other dietary requirements, including vegetarians, when making the reservation so we can ensure that they are fully catered for.
Cancellations or changes in table size, within 24 hours will be charged at (per person);
Wednesday to Saturday lunch – £15.00
Sunday lunch – £25.00
Wednesday to Saturday diner – £35.00
