Celebrating all that’s great about British Beef – Thursday 2nd March 2017
The White Spoon’s next special event celebrates the rural British tradition of using every part of the animal.
In this case, we will be honouring British Beef!
We have partnered with one of our local suppliers, Butts Farm (http://buttsfarmrarebreeds.co.uk/), in order to showcase how this mighty beast can be utilised, in a sensational five-course meal.
Butts Farm, Cirencester, are famed for farming rare breeds. With Gary Wallace, a master butcher, at its helm.
But in true White Spoon style, we will be accompanying this culinary tour with some very interesting wines, chosen by Andy White & Hallgarten Druitt and Novum wines.
